Zahel Gemischter Satz Pet Nat, 2022 nordic mineralityThis wine is a Viennese field blend of 6 different grapes: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Grner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Gewrztraminer. The wine is also bottled before fermentation finishes, so it is naturally sparkling. Pet Nat's are fun and super refreshing, and there is always a little residue left at the bottom of the bottle, which is normal. Gemischter Satz means "mixed set", and is a traditional blend of grapes that are grown within
