1930s Bias White Evening Gown tilt_hat Label reads "Connie Low Heelers"1930s bias cut evening gown in ivory rayon crepe. Bodice has a foldover collar and "wings" with concentric rows of sticking. There is a front folded pelplum with more of the same stitching. Dress pull over the head and fastens with a row of snaps below the open back. Dress is quite stretchy due to the bias cut but the waist area is not due to the seam. I was able to fasten it on the form at 24. 5" but I wouldn't go larger than that. Waist length: 15.
